Management Service

As a company we offer a full house management service. We have looked after many VIP clients as we offer the utmost discretion. We also currently manage London homes for VIP clients who use their homes during the tour dates again with utmost discretion.

This service we also offer to all customers who are looking for a bespoke service with the same high standards. You will see our references below which confirm our impeccable standards that we are extremely proud of. This is looking after your home whether you choose to rent it or not.

All enquiries most welcome.

Hi Danni,

I did arrive safe and the keys were on hand at our trusty Italian restaurant. Thank you for that.
It’s been great dealing with you too. You and Karen have been exemplary managers and we really appreciate your looking after the flat so well (not only for paying guests, but also for friends and family, which was above and beyond the call of duty).
We would definitely like to stay in touch and who knows if we can’t do something again in the future.
With appreciation and THANKS!
Dan and Lizzie.

Dear Karen,

I am happy to confirm that you have been working as my London-based house manager for the last ten years, first for my Farm Place house and now for the house in Campden Grove.During that time you have provided a highly effective service in several areas: managing maintenance, including finding and engaging service companies; managing cleaning; and most importantly, managing tenant relations. We regularly have celebrity or VIP tenants at Campden Grove, and these can often be particularly demanding in many ways. You have been especially good at handling such tenants — and all tenants, not just VIPs — with sensitivity, while efficiently meeting their needs.

Karen has been managing our flat in Iverna Gardens, Kensington since 2005.

As well as being delightful to work with, Karen is completely reliable and pays great attention to detail.

She is always available either by phone or by email, responding immediately to whatever is needed (even when she’s on holiday!) This has been invaluable as our flat is used as a vacation rental, with many guests coming and going in rapid succession.

She has a terrific team of cleaners, greeters and drivers, so she has always been able to provide these services as required. She also has contacts in many trades, so that plumbers, electricians and handymen have been also available at short notice.

Karen has a wide understanding of the rental market in London. She can provide advice on rates and management and I am more than happy to recommend her.

To whom it may concern

Karen managed our holiday let in Kensington from 2006 to 2013

We were always extremely impressed with the care and diligence with which she took care of all the organising especially the way in which she handled any minor issues 24/7.

I can really recommend her and her team
