This Mayfair holiday apartment in London is perfect for romantic getaways, families, small groups or business travellers. The property is ideally situated for exploring some of the biggest tourist attractions such as Piccadilly Circus, Regent Street, Theatre land, Oxford Street, Covent Garden and The British Museum are all a short walk from the apartment.
The air conditioned apartment is accessed from the large entrance on Maddox street, entering the holiday flat itself you come into the ground floor hallway which the upper level is laid out around.
Turning right as you step into the apartment you first come to the fabulous living space. This room is elegantly and tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings with a very comfortable sofa. The room is decorated in a modern-retro style with a chair for reclining and relaxing after a hard day exploring the city. From here you can see out of the window on to the courtyard below. Entertainment is taken care of thanks to cable T.V in the living room and WiFi throughout the property. A folding bed can be provided for a 6th person.
The room also includes the dining space with an elegant modern dining table with seating for six. It is the perfect space to plan your days out together or chat with friends over a glass of wine. For business travellers this can also double up as an effective work space.
Returning to the hallway we next come to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted out with all the latest equipment and everything you need to prepare fabulous meals with. Appliances include an induction hob (great if you have children) oven and microwave. You’ll also find a Nespresso coffee machine as well a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. We also provide essentials such as tea, coffee and cooking oils. Back to the hallway and taking the stairs downstairs we come to the second hallway. Turning right we come to the twin bedroom, with two single beds (sleeping two guests). The beautiful room is simple, yet stylish and features plenty of storage space for both guests luggage, this room also opens on to a beautiful secluded courtyard. Next door you will find the small and stylish third bedroom, offering a single bed (sleeping one guest) and great storage.
Returning to the main hallway you find the family bathroom. This refined, spacious, tiled bathroom is perfect for long romantic or relaxing baths as well as showers with the shower-over-bath. There is also a sink and WC. There is plenty of space to store all your bathroom essentials and beauty products. We also provide luxury toiletries for all your party (including handwash lotion, bath & shower gel, courtesy of Dove.
Finally we come to the master bedroom (turn left on the lower ground level). This features a king size bed and sleeps 2 guests. The room includes a large fitted wardrobe running down one side of the room, so there’s plenty of space to bring lots of outfits, and even buy one or two more from the fabulous boutiques in Covent Garden or Regent Street. The master bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom with a marble shower over bath, WC and sink. Toiletries are also provided.
Both bedrooms are fitted and decorated to the highest standards, featuring fabulously comfy bedding, cotton sheets and gorgeously fluffy towels.
This family friendly London holiday rental flat is situated on Maddox Street, accessed from Regent Street, one of London’s most prestigious shopping street. The West End, Theatre Land, and Covent Garden are all reachable in around 15 minutes or less by foot.
Close by tube stations include Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus, on the Piccadilly line with direct access to Heathrow in under 50 minutes. The latter stations is on the Central Line running through London and giving direct access to the City of London.

The smart neighbourhood is named after the annual May Fair which used to take place on the site that is Shepherd Market today.
