This beautiful two bedroom holiday rental is located on Marsham Street in Westminster, minutes from Westminster tube station. The apartment sits in the heart of London and is within walking distance to all the major attractions including Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, London Eye and Buckingham Palace, as well as having a wealth of restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

This modern apartment is located on the sixth floor of a modern conversion in the heart of Westminster. It is the perfect base for couples or family holidays to London.

Entering from Marsham Street, the apartment building offers a spacious entrance hall. There is a lift up to the property. Entering the apartment itself you enter the main living space which is tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable seating for five as well as comfy bar stools. The dual aspect windows which reaches down to the floor gives the room a very light and airy feel whilst allowing you to see the hustle and bustle below. The space focuses on relaxation and there is a TV with cable for you to watch as well as BT WiFi.

The rest of the room is dedicated to the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fitted out with all the latest equipment. Appliances include a Siemens hob, as well as dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Please see the facilities list below for more information. To cook with, there is a built in microwave and oven for preparing quick meals or long lazy lunches made with produce from the area’s great markets.

Returning to the hallway, we next come to the master bedroom room with an American Queen size bed (sleeping two guests). The room has a very comfortable bed and a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes for your stay, you also have the added benefit of an en-suite tiled bathroom with WC, sink and large shower stall.

The small second bedroom features two single beds (sleeping two guests). The rest of the room includes a large fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms are fitted and decorated to the highest standards, featuring fabulously comfy bedding, cotton sheets and gorgeously fluffy towels.

Back to the hall we then come to the family bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and newly refurbished, fitted with a shower over bath, sink and WC. There is a cupboard and drawers to store all your cleaning and beauty products. We also provide all your luxury bathroom products (including handwash lotion, bath & shower gel) from the specialists at Dove.

Local tube stations include Westminster on the Circle line with easy access to Heathrow terminals 1,2 & 3 in around 60 minutes and to St Pancras International, the London terminus of Eurostar in less than 20 minutes.
