This small, grassy, hilly park, boasting fantastic views over London, has become increasingly popular with the young, the trendy and the famous. It’s a great place to stroll through and take in the scenery. Having climbed the steep slopes and admired the panorama you can regain your strength in one of the many cosy cafés, restaurants or pubs nearby. One of the most pleasant ways to approach the park is to get off at Camden Town and walk along the canal.

The Primrose hill district is surrounded by the affluent areas of St John’s Wood to the west, Swiss Cottage to the north west, Belsize Park to the north, Chalk Farm to the north east, Camden Town to the east and Regent’s Park itself lies adjacent to the south of the hill itself. The nearest stations to Primrose Hill are Chalk Farm tube station to the north east and Swiss Cottage tube station to the north west.

    Nice stay - hard for older folks to get up stairs and in and out of tub

    Finishes of furniture and appliances were top rate.
    my hats off to your photographer for the pics of the bathroom and downstairs bed – artful disguising the fact they were both extremely tiny ! Nice amenity touches – tea, coffee, etc. The neighborhood was wonderful with the choice of shops.

    Primrose Delight

    We loved our visit to London and our lodging in Primrose Hill was a wonderful place to relax and charge our batteries. The apartment is a short walk to the Chalk Farm Tube station and Camden Town. We took advantage of Primrose Park and took in the beautiful London skyline. The apartment accommodations were what we expected. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a nice meal. The master bedroom was secluded from the rest of the apartment providing quality quiet time. We give this apartment two thumbs up.

    Perfect London stay

    If you’re looking to stay in one of London’s best areas and very centrally located (10 minutes from Soho/the West End and 15 minutes from the City)I highly recommend staying at this great apartment.

    Surrounded by boutique shops, restaurants and fantastic gastropubs, this apartment with its stunning interiors is in the heart of Primrose Hill village but on one of its most quiet streets so you’re guaranteed a great nights sleep. The hill itself and Regents Park are less than a couple of minutes walk from the door.

    I loved the natural light, the amazing master bedroom with a really comfortable huge bed, the incredible views and the open plan kitchen/lounge. It had all the comforts of a home away from home combined with the luxurious feel of a boutique hotel and I will definitely be staying here again when I’m next in London.

    Quiet,well located and compact

    Well located away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet with no street noise.Clean and well stocked apartment.Twin single beds in second bedroom suitable for small children not adults. Not suitable for anyone that has issues with stairs. Overall would recommend for a short stay.

    Fantastic family get away.

    Mrs. Karen and her property was very clean and conveniently located close to the subway and beautiful Primrose park. Was comfortable for our three kids (ages 11,10 and 5) and my wife. Great restaurants, grocery and boutiques located in the trendy little neighborhood.

    We look forward to visiting again.

    Perfect Flat in the Perfect Neighborhood

    My daughter and I stayed in this lovely flat in a charming neighborhood. When we arrived, there was a film crew shooting the next Paddington Bear moving in front of the building. Very close to quintessential London restaurants, wine bar and shops. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Underground. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, clean and modern.
